Wedding Hors D'oeuvres

Vegetables & Dip

Our tray is packed with crisp Carrots, mushrooms, green pepper, yellow pepper, red pepper, celery, English cucumbers, and yellow zucchini all served with a cream cheese based garden dip.

Fresh fruit medley

We start our creation with a juicy pineapple and add honeydew melon, watermelon, cantaloupe, green grapes, red grapes, oranges, strawberries, kiwi, star- fruit papaya and whatever else is in season and available. Generally we set this up as the centerpiece of the Hors D’oeuvres table on a multi-layer display.

Cheese & Crackers

A selection of local and international cheeses including medium cheddar, Swiss, Brie, Camembert, smoked Gouda, spiced havarti Sage Derby and jalapeno jack. (Lately we have been able to get amazing cheeses, so expect new and delicious options at each event)

Organic Chef Salad

Tender baby greens with chef cut vegetables and a selection of dressings

Greek

Feta, Kalamata black olives, red onions, and crisp romaine in a traditional Greek dressing.

Caesar Salad

Our heart smart dressing with bacon and garlic crusted croutons

Baby Spinach Green Salad

Tender baby spinach greens, dried fruit and berries, California walnuts, Danish blue cheese, crisp vegetables and raspberry vinegarette

Our classic soft white oven baked dinner roll with butter and becel.

Roast Beef

We cook our roast beef to perfection and carve it on site. We supply au jus, horseradish and condiments.

Brandy Ham OR Nova Scotian Maple Glazed Ham

Tender juicy brandy soaked ham, slow roasted and carved on site. Accompanied by sweet, Dijon or regular mustard.

If you choose the maple option, we marinate the meat with pure Nova Scotia maple syrup from Cobiquid.

Traditional Turkey

Carved turkey with cranberry sauce summer savory stuffing and squash

Szechwan Chicken Breasts

6 to 8oz grain fed chicken breasts seared with szechwan paste sliced and served over a bed of baby spinach 

1/4 Roasted Chicken 

Very traditional with BBQ spices. We cook the whole chicken and cut it end to end then during the dinner, we serve it under the lights by our chef and your guests get to choose the cut.

Whole Poached Salmon Or Roasted Salmon Loins

Heritage cut Atlantic Salmon in 6oz portions or the whole side roasted under high heat to seal in the flavor and juice. You can decide on the spice: mediterranean crusted, maple glazed, Italian, French etc. .

Thai Curry Chicken

Sweet coconut milk with a hint of basil and plenty of bok choy make this dish unique to your guests. (Not a spicy dish at all) 

Included Items

Potato and Rice. (we offer steamed white rice, mexican, or fried) For the potato, the most popular choice is roasted.(cut potatoes tossed with olive oil and spices and oven roasted) Or choose to have baked with sour cream and chives or mashed. If the guest count is less then 100, please choose potato or rice

Roasted Vegetables. Our roasted vegetables include red, yellow and green peppers, beans, sliced carrots, parsnips, eggplant, green and yellow zucchini, asparagus and broccollini with olive oil and Herbs De Provence seasoning. Chances are, whatever is in season you will find with your vegetables!

Sweet Special Things

We offer a variety of fresh bakes sweets such as Cinnamon Buns, Nanaimo bars, Double Fudge Brownies, Butter Tarts, Trellis and more! Self serve after dinner with the coffee & tea. (2 per person)

OR Strawberry Shortcake

OR Fresh baked brownies with field berries and whip cream

OR substitute our sheet cakes. Selection of cakes including triple layer strawberries and cream, triple layer lemons and cream, and chocolate truffle. Our cakes can be cut into 64 triangle or 90 small rectangle pieces. Our price for these are $90 per slab if you choose NOT to have our desserts. If you want both squares and our cake, the cakes are priced at $80 each.

Wedding Buffet: Details and Pricing

We supply all staff (generally 4 per hundred depending on location and numbers), setup of our supplies, all cutleries, dishes, buffet service, basic decorations, cleanup of our buffet only and consultation.

Price excludes tax and gratuity. Additional wait staff are priced at $10.00 per person (and up) per hour, (for this menu only)

$27.95 per person based on not less than 100 people.

For groups below 100 guests, our price increases by $2.75 for every drop of 10 guests.

We can provide complete setup of venue from chairs to linens, and arrange floral, music and decorations. Every wedding is unique and we expect changes (vegetarians, locations, travel time etc.) so please contact us for an exact quote.
