Wedding Family Style

What is a family meal? Remember what it is like to sit as a small group around the table, enjoy friends and family while dinner is passed around? We offer a complete menu with delicious choices served family style on small plates.

Hors d’Oeuvres

Served as your guests arrive, usually for about an hour and a half while the wedding party is off taking photos (included with our family meal price)

VEGETABLES & DIP

Our tray is packed with crisp Carrots, mushrooms, green pepper, yellow pepper, red pepper, celery, English cucumbers, and yellow zucchini all served with a cream cheese based garden dip or choose our curry based dip.

FRESH FRUIT MEDLEY

We start our creation with a juicy pineapple and add honeydew melon, watermelon, cantaloupe, green grapes, red grapes, oranges, strawberries, kiwi, star- fruit, papaya and whatever else is available and in season. We usually set this up as the centerpiece of the hors d’oeuvre table multi-layer.

CHEESE & CRACKERS

A selection of local and international cheeses including Guinness, Cheddar with claret, Brie, Camembert, smoked Gouda, spiced havarti Sage Derby and jalapeno jack. Plus lately we have been able to get delicious cheese from around the world so expect to see new and exciting options.

FRESH BAKED ROLLS AND CUT BAGUETTES INCLUDED ON ALL TABLES

Our classic soft white oven baked dinner roll with butter and bacel and a selection of cut breads and baguettes.

Choice of Salad

ORGANIC CHEF SALAD

A mix of romaine, iceberg and green leaf lettuce with all the traditional fixings. Served with a selection of dressing’s usually one generic and two fun.

BABY SPINACH GREENS WITH TOASTED PINE NUTS

Tender baby spinach, sliced red onion, oranges, toasted pine nuts, grated white cheese with lemon poppy seed dressing

Our heart smart dressing with bacon and garlic crusted croutons

(2) salads, (2) sides (1) entree and (1) dessert $34.95 per person based on not less than 100 people plus tax and gratuity. Price includes set up of our supplies, all service staff, all dishes and flatware, water and wine glasses, hors D’oeuvres, coffee and tea. For groups below 100 guests, we charge an additional $2.25 per person for every 10 guests.
Add another side for $2.50 per person, add another main for $3.00 per person add another dessert $2 per person. If you are able to supply exact numbers for the main course at each table, we can provide a second entree no charge. Call for further details.

Bar Services

Make your bar service worry free. We will handle your entire bar needs from start to finish. We provide fully trained bartenders who insure your guests will be provided with responsible professional service. Includes: Bartenders (1 per 90 people), cash drawer, float, ice scoops, shot glasses, cork screws, ice, bottled water, garnishes, good quality plastic glassware, complete setup and cleanup.

Through our restaurant The Wooden Door Bistro we are able to offer all the liquor including the license selling drinks from $4.00 complete package for $295 with the purchase of catering services.

Our second option is for you to purchase everything, including all the supplies and simply hire bar staff from us. Our staff is fully trained and priced at $15 per staff per hour minimum 5 hours. Corkage fee for wine is $3 per bottle.

Liability insurance coverage provided only for bars operated solely by Certainly Cinnamon and The Wooden Door Bistro

Our event manager will coordinate rentals and staffing as required, minimums in effect.
